20 days' worth of pages = 5/12 of total

So 1/12 of total = 20 days ÷ 5
= 4 days' worth

Total = 4 days' worth x 12
= 48 days' worth

So it will take 48 days to read all the pages.

After 23 days,

48 days - 23 days = 25 days.

There are 25 days' worth of pages left to read

25 days' worth = 225 pages

1 days' worth = 225 pages ÷ 25
= 9 pages

Total pages = 48 days' worth
= 48 x 9 pages
= 432 pages
