Let Mr Tan's amount of flour be 3 units.
Mr Lee receives 1 unit of flour and an additional 4 kg.

The total of 4 units and the additional 4 kg come to a total of 48 kg, so the 4 units alone represent 44 kg.

4 units --> 44 kg
1 unit --> 44/4 = 11 kg

Amound of flour Mr Lee receives
= 11 kg + 4 kg
= 15 kg
