Unsure of how to find the unknown
1. Angles in the same segment are equal.
2. Angle in the centre of a circle is twice the angle at the circumference of the circle.
3. Angle in a semicircle is 90 degrees (special case of the above rule).
4. Opposite angles of a cyclic quadrilateral add up to 180 degrees.
5. Tangent is perpendicular to radius.
6. External tangents drawn from a circle to meet at a common point are equal in length.
7. All lines drawn from the centre of the circle to points on the circumference are all radii which are all the same in length.
8. Alternate segment Theorem is difficult to explain here. This one is a must know in A Maths but optional in E Maths.
