Since AB=BC, the difference in values of A to B is equal to the difference in values of B to C.
So you can simply find the difference in values between A and C and divide it in half to get the difference in values for each side.
Lastly, you only need to slot in the difference in values to the base number to get the decimal number in B. Since B is in front of A, we add 0.10 to 0.25 and get 0.35. You can also use C though if you used C instead, you would deduct 0.10 from 0.45 and get 0.35 as B is behind C and therefore has a lower value on the number spectrum.
