2/7 of the notebook should be referring to the whole notebook.
Fraction of the book that was still unused
= 2/3 - 2/7
= 14/21 - 6/21
= 8/21
However, if it's referring to the unused pages instead,
Then 1 - 2/7 = 5/7
5/7 of the remainder was still unused
Since remainder = 2/3 of total,
Fraction = 5/7 x 2/3 = 10/21
Fraction of the book that was still unused
