Another working..
Let the number of people at 1st=u
At 1st...
Total mass =60.5u
After ...
totat mass =58u +58 (additional 1 person) -35.5

Total mass will be same...
60.5u=58u + 22.5
2.5u =22.5
u = 22.5 ÷ 2.5 =9 people at 1st.

Therefore 10 people at lift now.
