The only way to stack them without leaving gaps in between the blocks is for the orientation of the blocks to be all in the same direction.

In the side of length 30 cm, 5 blocks can be placed.

In the side of length 20 cm, 7 blocks can be placed.

Total number of blocks placed is 5 x 7 = 35.

This leaves a gap of 10 cm by 150 cm at the corner, which is allowed.
