150 - 30 = 120

Morgan = 3 units
Chris = 1 unit

Difference = 3 - 1 = 2 units

In order to have the same number of stickers at the end, Morgan had to give 120 more stickers than Chris. This tells you that he originally had 120 more than Chris.

So 120 stickers = 2 units

1 unit = 120 stickers ÷ 2 = 60 stickers

Therefore,

a) answer is 120 stickers
b) answer is 60 stickers
