Circumference of circle

formula = 2πr or πd

Since radius is given, use the first formula

As we have a semicircle here, the curved length is ½ of a full circle's circumference
= πr

22/7 x 14cm = 44cm

Now add the diameter (the straight length)
Diameter is twice of radius

So 14cm x 2 = 28cm

Total = 28cm + 44cm = 72cm
