Part b is no further than the usage of the sine rule, except that your answer is completed one step before finding the actual angle since the question only asks for the sine of the angle.
Your part (a) looks correct.
For part b,
SQ = 15 cm
By the sine rule,
sin STQ divided by 15 = sin 30 divided by 11
sin STQ = 15 divided by 11 times sin 30
sin STQ = 15 divided by 11 times half
sin STQ = 15/22
For part b,
SQ = 15 cm
By the sine rule,
sin STQ divided by 15 = sin 30 divided by 11
sin STQ = 15 divided by 11 times sin 30
sin STQ = 15 divided by 11 times half
sin STQ = 15/22
