Question has an error as 163 is not exactly divisible by 9.
Note that the 9 units refers to all stickers, and not after he gave to the brother. So you should divide the actual total by 9 instead of 151 by 9.
Change 163 to 162. It will be solvable

I agree to J’s comment. But if the total number of stickers at first is really 163, maybe this question requires you to solve it by using a little round up/down of numbers. Do you have the answer for the question? :)

Thank you very much for providing such detailed working. We have checked with teacher and there is typo error on 163. It should be 162.
