You will need to find out the perpendicular distance from C to the line DB which you have labelled as "o". Let E be the point on the line DB in which CE is perpendicular to DB. So you are trying to find length CE.
From there, you ccan draw a separate triangle involving C, E and T, with length CE present (you just found it) and CT given. We can do basic toa cah soh here, because vertical things are always perpendicular to horizontal grounds.
