let Y = 1/y + 1/x
&
X = 1/x

Y = mX + c

(i)
when y =1/6, x= 1,
Y = 6+1 = 7
X = 1

7 = m + c ... ... ... [1]

when y =1/2, x= 0.5,
Y = 2+2 = 4
X = 2

4 = 2m + c ... ... ... [2]

[2] - [1],
m = -3

c = 10

eqn is
Y = -3X + 10
=> 1/y + 1/x = -3/x +10
=> 1/y = -4/x + 10

(ii)
3/y + 3/x = 3
=> 1/y + 1/x = 1
=> Y = 1
=> X = (1-10)/-3 = 3
=> 1/x = 3
=> x = 1/3

(iii)
=> 1/y = -4/x + 10
=> x = -4y + 10xy
=> x = y(-4 + 10x)
=> y(10x-4) = x
=> y = x/(10x-4)

One of the important take aways of this question is that when a question says "When A is plotted against B", or something similar, A represents the vertical axis and B represents the horizontal axis.
