One litre is 1000 cm^3. Is that what you need? Otherwise it seems like just like a direct volume and fraction question.

1st
First find volume of tank, then find the volume of water in tank , next find 5/6 of the tank. Find the difference in volume of water. 2litre=2000cubic meter. Therefore, 2000cubic Metre in 60 seconds. Find 3500 cubic meters.
