Let one of the probabilities be x.

(For this question, the easiest way would be to let the probability of getting '1' be x)

Then find the other probabilities in terms of x.

(eg. probability of getting a '3' is 3x since it's thrice the probability of getting a '1')

Total probability must equal 1.

Add the probabilities together and equate it to 1.

Solve for x.

Among 1,2,3,4, only 2 and 3 are prime numbers. So the answer is just adding their probabilities togeher once you've solved for x.
