Find angle AOB by working backwards, using the formula for arc length :

arc length = angle subtended by the two lines at each end of the arc that meet at the centre of the circle ÷ 360° x circumference of the circle


Next, find OC using trigo, since the triangle AOC is right angled.

Then find area of triangle AOC using formula ½ab sin c

Find area of the sector, and subtract area of the triangle AOC from it to get your answer.
