Four concepts are needed for this question.
1. Ability to obtain an expression for dy/dx
2. Understanding that being a decreasing function means dy/dx < 0 and an inequality needs to be formulated subsequently
3. Understanding that e (or any positive number) to the power of any real number will always be positive (never negative, and not even zero) and will not affect any inequality sign
4. Ability to solve quadratic inequalities, this will be your inequalities revision
