Meiting : Gloria = 3 : 1
Meiting : Diana = 2 : 1
Total units for Meiting must be the same as her number of sweets doesn't change.So make them the same.
Meiting : Gloria = 3 : 1
Multiply by 2, Meiting : Gloria = 6 : 2
Meiting : Diana = 2 : 1
Multiply by 3, Meiting : Diana = 6 : 3
So,
Meiting : Gloria : Diana = 6 : 2 : 3
Total = 6 + 2 + 3 = 11
Gloria : Total = 2 : 11
Meiting : Diana = 2 : 1

Notice that in your working, Meiting doesn't have 3 times of Gloria and 2 times of Diana
