Need help with the fraction question as well.
You are almost there. 2/3 as many MMS as SMS means MMS 2 units, SMS 3 units. you already calculated MMS is 280. So
2 units = 280
1 unit = 140
3 units = 140 x 3 = 420
Total sms send = 420
2 units = 280
1 unit = 140
3 units = 140 x 3 = 420
Total sms send = 420
