19% corresponds to the extra 228 buttons.

1% —> 12 buttons
100% —> 100 x 12 = 1200 buttons

So Cheko has 1200 buttons now.

Miko has 23% more buttons than Cheko.

1% —> 12 buttons
23% —> 23 x 12 = 276 buttons

So Miko has 276 more buttons than
Cheko.

Miko has 1200 + 276 = 1476 buttons now.

It should be 123% x 12 buttons(per 1%)
as the question states that IF she had 19% more buttons and not that she does do have 19% more buttons :)
