Volume of water at the start
= 4/5 x 30 x 30 x 30
= 24 x 30 x 30
= 720 x 30
= 21600 cm3

Volume of water to be poured into small container
= 15 x 10 x 7
= 150 x 7
= 1050 cm3

Volume of water left
= 21600 - 1050
= 20550 cm3

Since 1000 cm3 is 1 litre, volume of water left = 20550 / 1000 = 20.55 litres.

Assume no water is spilled.
