2x - 4xy - 1 + 2y
= 2x(1 - 2y) - 1 . (1 - 2y)
= (1 - 2y)(2x - 1)
= 2x(1 - 2y) - 1 . (1 - 2y)
= (1 - 2y)(2x - 1)
