Important to remember the rules of proving similar and congruent triangles. Also must recognise that opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal in length.

Tha ans for c(i) is abit off n c(ii) its 57.5 there is a calculation error. But thx for helping me out
For c i) the ratio is just 9² : 14²
= 81 : 196
c ii)
Area of trapezium
= area of big triangle - small triangle
= 98cm² - (98cm² x 81/196)
= 98cm² - 40.5cm²
= 57.5cm²
(Or simply in one step,
98cm² x (196 - 81)/196 = 57.5cm² )
For a) , you'll have to state why they are corresponding angles as well. I.e state which pair of lines are parallel to give you that conclusion)
= 81 : 196
c ii)

= area of big triangle - small triangle
= 98cm² - (98cm² x 81/196)
