The condition for the power of 2 has already been met.

The condition for the power of 3 must be m is no more than 2, or else the power of 3 in the HCF is 2 since the number b only has a power of 3 up to 2.

m can take any real number less than or equal to 2.

For your syllabus, we can just take m to be a non-negative integer, 0, 1 and 2.
