637 is 70% of ahmads cards
BEFORE:
100% of Ahmad cards is 637/70 * 100 = 910
When they state that ahmad has 30% more, the base number of cards they are referring to belongs to collin
Therefore this sentence states that Ahmad has 130% of Collins cards and collin a 100% of Collins cards.
910 is 130% of Collins cards.
Collins card: 910/130*100 = 700
