Since they travelled from same point but different direction. Both of them add up to cover 72km. Since someone was faster by 4km/h. That person travelled 4*3= 12km more than the other person.
72 - 12 = 60
60 /2 = 30
Frank covered 30 km in 3 hours.
30/3 = 10km/h
