Max: (20+x)yo
Nancy: (12+x)yo
total age = 20+x+12+x = (32+2x)yo

adults: 3/8 of total

boys: 7/10 of children
= 7/10 x 5/8 = 35/80 of total
35/80 of total = 28
80/80 of total = 28/35 x 80 = 64
total in library = 64
