This question requires several ideas, namely the following.
1. Gradient of a line and the formation of the equation of a straight line given the coordinates of two points on the line
2. Solving for the coordinates of T by solving a pair of simultaneous linear equations in two variables
3. Understanding of the ratios of the lengths on a line
4. Understanding of the ratios of the areas of the two triangles given the ratios of the lengths on a line and the fact that the heights of the triangles are equal
