Kim Yeon Jae, follow this tutor’s explanation which is more concise. Of course, there can be more than one timing where Peter is 19 m ahead of John. After the said time, Peter will widen the gap against John, but as Peter decelerates, Peter will close the gap and may be once again 19 m ahead at a later time.
