I am really new to speed and i don't understand

Speed is basically the distance you run (or travel) in a given time. For example 120m/min tells us that
1 minute - 120 meters
2 min - 240 meters
For your question, Andrew took 20 minutes, while Jun Wei took 15 minutes to reach the same point.
Andrew ran 20 minutes at 120m/min
Therefore he ran 20*120= 2400 m
Jun Wei took 15 minutes to run 2400m
Therefore 2400m/15min = 160m/min
1 minute - 120 meters
2 min - 240 meters
