You can just write t = 10 ln5. It is understood that division by 0.1 equals multiplication by 10.

But if you really want to show steps,

t = ln5/0.1

t = ln5 x 1/0.1

t = ln5 x 10 = 10ln5

OR

t = ln5/0.1

t = ln5/(1/10))

t = ln5 x 10/1 = 10ln5

It’s just a division by 0.1, which is the same as division by 1/10 or a multiplication of 10. The ln 5 remains untouched.
