1hr → 1 part → $1.3 【1st hour】
105÷30 = 3.5 → 4 units → 4×$0.8 = $3.2【subsequent】
$1.3 + $3.2 = $4.5 (Ans)
2h 45min = 1hr 105min
1hr → 1 part → $1.3 【1st hour】
105÷30 = 3.5 → 4 units → 4×$0.8 = $3.2【subsequent】
$1.3 + $3.2 = $4.5 (Ans)

for the last 15 minutes, you are still charged $0.80 because the question says for every part thereof. This means that even if 30 mins has not fully passed, you will still have to pay $0.80 so long as part of it has passed.
