Children consists of boys and girls.
We use Units because the given ratio does not equal to the exact number of people.
There are 11 units of children (7+4). Since adults make up HALF the total number of people, children also make up half. The number of children and adults are the same, so we can take 11units+11units for the total number of people.
Multiply the girls and boys buttons respectively to give unit buttons. Adults are given 10 buttons each. We add the total number of unit buttons, to finally get 161 unitbuttons, which is equals to 3381 (given)
