The bottom number is 2^(n - 1).

The top number is the bottom number plus 3.

So if a term is m/n, m must be n + 3. So the next term’s denominator is 2n while the numerator is 2n + 3. The next term must be (2n + 3) / 2n.

200 is not a power of 2, so this will not appear in the sequence.

Sorry misread the question.

The previous term’s denominator is 0.5n, and the numerator is 0.5n + 3.

So the fraction is (0.5n + 3) / 0.5n = (n + 6) / n.
