QR is sum of radii of the circle and the semicircle, 3r + 2 + 6r + 1 = 9r + 3
OR is the radii of the big semicircle minus the radii of the small semicircle, 12r + 2 - (3r + 2) = 9r

Then use Pythagoras theorem to form an equation

I don’t have access to writing materials at the moment so I can only give you the guidelines for now.
