This one is more of a trial and error, but then there is one trick we can consider.
Look carefully at the remainder. If I add the number by 4, the new number would be divisible by 9, since the remainder 5 is added by 4 to get a full 9.
But wait! The new number is also divisible by 11 since the remainder 7 is added by 4 to get a full 11.
We first find the new number, which must be divisible by 9 and 11.
First common multiple of 9 and 11 is 99, while the next is 198.
We need to subtract 4 from the new number to get out wanted number.
99 minus 4 is 95, which is not the wanted number.
But 198 minus 4 is...
Our wanted number, 194.
