angle ACB = 40.5 deg
this means B is not directly north of C.

If, and IF, B is directly north of C,
angle ACB would be
180 - 144 = 36 deg

the difference of 40.5 - 36 = 4.5 deg
would give u the bearing of C from B.

what do u think it is? :)

ans:
bearing of C from B is 184.5°

Don't be fooled by the drawing given, usually they are not accurately drawn. The bearing of C from B is more than 180 degrees even though the drawing given kind of looks like it is less than 180 degrees.

Hope the solution that I have provided helps. All the best!
