To be precise, none of them qualify for the answer. Helium is a monoatomic gas. In other words, helium is represented by single circles separated from each other.

If the gas inside the balloon is purely helium, then there will be many circles drawn inside the balloon but none of the circles will touch one another. So all the answers fail.

Helium is supposed to exist as a single atom. None of the diagram shows that. Probably there is an error in the options. The closest answer is A.
