Area of small circle is 18π sq each, need to multiply by 2? Why shaded have to add in the triangle of 36? Thank you.

18 x 22/7 x 22/7 (2 times 22/7, not x2)

Because we take small circle area to minus the of the small circle’s unshaded parts (but this unshaded part we don’t know the area) so I minus from 1/2 big circle and triangle area should not included, so we add in again.
