So it is an angle in a semicircle. So, BD must be the diameter of the circle and the length of the semicircle which passes through the centre.
OR
let X be the point where the line TB extends to.
∠ XBD = ∠ BAD = 90° (angles in alternate segments)
Since ∠XBD = 90° , and B is the tangent point of TX and DB,
DB must include the radius of the circle since tangent ∟ radius. So DB passes through the centre of the circle.
