U can minus the answer with 1, smallest results mean nearest to 1
Example
1-0.75=0.25
1-0.80=0.20
1.17-1=0.17
1.28-1=0.28
So 7/6=1.17 is nearest to 1
Example

So 7/6=1.17 is nearest to 1
