(b) looks correct.

As the ball rolls down the slope, its speed increases. In turn, the kinetic energy increases quadratically (since KE = 0.5 mv2). Since the total energy of the ball remains conserved, the PE will decrease in a manner similar to the increase of the KE to maintain the energy balance.

Since its a smooth/frictionless slope, no energy is loss due to work done against friction. Hence the total energy remains the same, so the rate of loss of KE = rate of gain of GPE, by the Principle of Conservation of Energy. Hence A is the best answer.
