Need help using listing method using multiplication or division. Urgent. Thanks.
For example , for week 4, 13 coins are added.
9 + 4 = 13 (9 is the number for week 3)
So just keep going on until you reach 105.
½(n² + n + 6),
where n = the week number.
To find a formula for the total for n weeks is beyond P6 level.
(If you're interested, it's (n³ + 3n² + 20n)/6)
