I can't exactly remember the formula, but I think it has something to do with the formula Bqv = Ev (since the particle does not get deflected).

So E = Bq = 0.238 x 10^-3 x 6.0 x 10^5.

Here E represents the difference between Vx and Vy. Forgot which minus which (you must consider the direction of the magnetic field).

Since electron is moving to the right, current is taken as flowing towards the left due to convention of current being taken as flow of positive charges
