May I know why have c have to 1/4 x 2?
Perimeter why have to +3+3?

Why answer back to 38.97? Meaning the small semi circle straight line should not count? Thank you.

C is quadrant (quarter of a circle), so is 1/4.
Circumference is just the distance around the circle. So we need to add the 3+3, the straight line which is 3cm or radius to perimeter.
