This question is not easy at your level. I have drawn diagrams to try and explain.

10 fifty cent coins is equal to $5
Its equivalent is 25 twenty cent coins.

If 40% of the coins are twenty-cent coins, then 60% of the coins are fifty-cent coins. This is the same as a ratio of 40:60 or 2:3.

Do the same for 50%.

I have included the model.
