30-N force provides an anti-clockwise moment of 30x0.70 = 21 N m

100-N force provides a clockwise moment of 100x0.20 = 20 N m

Resultant moment = 21-20
= 1 N m

Take moment about the pivot in the clockwise and anti clockwise directions. The sum between them is the resultant moment. Moment is a vector, so direction matters.
