So there are 31 sets of 4 muffins. But for each set we pay only the price of 3 muffins.
3 muffins = $2.50 x 3 = $7.50
$7.50 x 31 = $232.50
The last muffin costs $2.50.
So $232.50 + $2.50 = $235
