Welcome. Trick is to get rid of the fractions by multiplying by a common multiple.

In this case, we multiply by the LCM of 4 (denominator of ¼), 3 (denominator of ⅔) and 6 (denominator of 1/6). The LCM of 4,3 and 6 is 12.
