I have no idea how to do and what is the final answer, i got 0.96 sometimes and 1.16 sometimes

Here's my working.
Note: My long list of cancelled working is actually valid. Forgot that I am not setting the 34 - 30 cos w to 0 since the RHS is not 0, so I can simply divide the numerator and denominator and continue on to solve the equation.
From my final line of the cancelled working, it continues
sqrt (34 - 30 cos w) = 4.7
34 - 30 cos w = 22.09
30 cos w = 11.91
cos w = 0.397
as per my final line uncancelled working.
